Old buddy? Hehe! Well, first of all: NOT Bleach and Super Smash. A good mixup though would be One Piece and Naruto. Think of it; Luffy and Naruto are both like they really want to follow their dreams. They could argue which one of them are the best, and fight or something.
But that's just an example.

Luffy is cool but Naruto can go mace himself. I mean I only hate the character, not the series. He just gets way too strong and the other characters look like crap when they are next to him.

Anyways Luffy is pretty easy to draw and he actually has a grownup voice in the Japanese dub. I mean after I saw the "child safe" version, Even without seeing the original version, I knew they butchered it to Hell and back. I sorta didn't watch One Piece because of that.

Oh yea. Nami is hot and Sneji is PIMP!

I dislike Naruto a bit too. But I mean also the series. Take a fight for example:
* The fight begins - flashback
* The first strike - flashback
* After the first strike - flashback
* Somewhere in the middle - flashback
* Before the striking blow - flashback
* After the striking blow - a short summary of all flashbacks

I just hate it! I want to see a fight, without any kind of interruptions! And noticed one thing about in the series? Look at Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura. And then, look at all others. Noticed it yet? Only the three of them have bright colors, while everyone else have pale colors!
And also, all the characters of Naruto have almost identical bodyshapes to each other.
